It is a condition of booking for the tour that you:
- Agree there shall be no refund for a “no show” or late arrival or change of mind. If you have cancelled your trip to Tasmania due to Covid we will require proof of cancellation.
- Agree to abide by the Unzoo’s Covid-19 safety procedures
- Check in with reception upon arrival
- Wear a mask when visiting if asked to do so
- Follow the instructions of your our guides
- Use hand sanitisers where provided throughout the Unzoo
